Quay Celtic Football Club participate in the Dundalk Schoolboys League at U8, U9, U10, U11, U12, U13, U14, U15, U16, U18 age groups. We also compete in the Dundalk Summer League at Senior Level and have one Senior team in the Leinster Senior League. Congratulations to Tom Byrne and Michael Crawley who's under 15's clinched the First Division title defeating Muirhevanamor 1-0 on saturday with the decisive goal coming from Darren Meehan.Unfortunately it wasnt to be for the U18's who were defeated 3-1 by Monaghan Utd to clinch the title. We have two more teams playing in league deciders this weekend with the U13's playing away to Rock needing to win to clinch the title and the U12's away to Glenmuir only requiring a draw to win the league . We wish both teams well
We have three teams competing in finals this weekend,the Under12's Under 15's and Under 18's lets wish all the players and managers good luck and hope they come back as league champions
With the leagues nearly coming to an end we are still in contention in many of the Divisions,so it is going to be a hectic and exciting couple of weeks.We would like to wish all players and managers the best of luck and hopefully we can bring back a trophy or two to clancy Park
The Season is back up and running,with the senior team drawing 2-2 away to Athy Town,they are also away this weekend to Stillorgan Lakelands.The Minor league has started back with games in the O'Neilss Louth Cup and they expect all divisions to be running fully in a fortnight. A couple of dates to remember are February 6th when our Flag day takes place...any help will be greatly apreciatted. And March 27th when our annual Race Night takes place in the Rugby Club. Kick Start 1 takes place in JJb on January 24th and anyone who would like to do this first coaching certificate should contact Paul Black on 087 2359231

The Minor League is now breaking up for the Christmas Period,the only outstanding fixtures are belonging to teams who havent completed their first round matches, we expect to have them completed by next weekend.The Minor league hopes to resume in the second or third week of January. The Senior team will be getting fixtures up to the weekend before x'mas,they are at home this weekend in the Vere Deane Cup to Rush Athletic with a 11.00 kick off on Sunday morning
The Under 9s season finally came to end last week with Cathal Tom and Mark holding a presentation night in the Shamrock Bar.The lads would like to take this opportunity to thank all the parents who helped and supported them throughout the year and are looking forward to next season.Quay Celtic would also like to thank Richie and the staff of the Shamrock for facilitating them and providing food.Click here to see some photos of the night
